# Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 laying down technical requirements for inland waterway vessels and repealing Council Directive 82/714/EEC (2006/87/EC) (repealed), Division 3: In the absence of any specific provision in Annex II or in this Annex, the requirements and test methods contained in European Standard EN 60945:2002 shall apply to power supply, safety, mutual interference of ship borne equipment, compass safe distance, resistance to climatic influences, mechanical strength, environmental influences, audible noise emission and equipment markings.
