  "text": "1. Member States shall, by 1 August 2008 at the latest, ensure that all procedures and formalities relating to making the information provided for in Article 6, Article 50(2) Article 51(1) and Article 56(2) available by electronic means are in place.\n2. The Commission shall, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 62(2), adopt detailed rules for the implementation of paragraph 1 in order to facilitate the interoperability of information systems and use of procedures by electronic means between Member States.",
