# Council Directive 2006/88/EC of 24 October 2006 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals, Article 6: Register

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Member States shall establish, keep up to date and make publicly available a register of aquaculture production businesses and authorised processing establishments containing at least the information set out in Annex II.
