Article 63 Repeal

1.

Directives 91/67/EEC, 93/53/EEC and 95/70/EC shall be repealed as from 1 August 2008.

2.

References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table laid down in Annex VIII.

3.

However, Commission Decision 2004/453/EC shall continue to apply for the purpose of this Directive pending the adoption of the necessary provisions in accordance with Article 43 of this Directive, which shall be adopted not later than 3 years after the entry into force of this Directive.
