# Commission Directive 2006/90/EC of 3 November 2006 adapting for the seventh time to technical progress Council Directive 96/49/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by rail (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

The Annex to Directive 96/49/EC is replaced by the following:
ANNEX
Annex to the Regulation concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by rail (RID) — Appendix C to the Convention concerning international carriage by rail (COTIF), as applicable with effect from 1 January 2007.
The text of the amendments of the 2007 version of the RID will be published as soon as it is available in all official languages of the Community.
