  "text": "The certificate must contain:\n(a) the surname of the holder;\n(b) other name(s) of the holder;\n(c) the date and place of birth of the holder;\n(d) the date of issue of the certificate,\nthe date of expiry of the certificate,\nthe name of the issuing authority,\nthe reference number assigned to the employee by the employer (optional);\n(e) the number of the licence giving access to data in the national register;\n(f) a photograph of the holder;\n(g) the signature of the holder;\n(h) the permanent place of residence or postal address of the holder (optional);\n(i) the name and address of the railway undertaking or infrastructure manager for which the driver is authorised to drive trains;\n(j) the category in which the holder is entitled to drive;\n(k) the type or types of rolling stock which the holder is authorised to drive;\n(l) the infrastructures on which the holder is authorised to drive;\n(m) any additional information or restrictions;\n(n) language skills.",
