  "text": "1. Member States shall provide that it shall not be permitted to place on the market seed of:\n—\nPoa pratensis L.\nsmooth-stalk meadowgrass\n—\nVicia faba L. (partim)\nfield bean\n—\nPapaver somniferum L.\nopium poppy\n—\nAgrostis gigantea Roth\nredtop\n—\nAgrostis stolonifera L.\ncreeping bent grass\n—\nPhleum bertolonii DC\ntimothy\n—\nPoa palustris L.\nswamp meadowgrass\n—\nPoa trivialis L.\nrough-stalked meadowgrass\n—\nLupinus albus L.\nwhite lupin\n—\nBrassica juncea (L.) Czernj. et Cosson\nbrown mustard\n—\nAgrostis capillaris L.\nbrown top\n—\nLotus corniculatus L.\nbirdsfoot trefoil\n—\nMedicago lupulina L.\nblack medick\n—\nTrifolium hybridum L.\nalsike clover\n—\nAlopecurus pratensis L.\nmeadow foxtail\n—\nArrhenatherum elatius (L.) Beauv. ex J. S. et K. B. Member States shall provide that it shall not be permitted to place on the market seed of:\n—\nGlycine max (L.) Merr.\nsoya bean\n—\nLinum usitatissimum L.\nlinseed\nunless it has been officially certified as ‘basic seed’, ‘certified seed, first generation’ or ‘certified seed, second generation’.",
