# Commission Directive 2008/14/EC of 15 February 2008 amending Council Directive 76/768/EEC, concerning cosmetic products, for the purpose of adapting Annex III thereto to technical progress (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

Member States shall take all necessary measures to ensure that products which fail to comply with this Directive are not sold or disposed of to the final consumer after 16 February 2009.
