# Commission Directive 2008/63/EC of 20 June 2008 on competition in the markets in telecommunications terminal equipment (Text with EEA relevance) (Codified version), Article 7

Member States shall provide the Commission at the end of each year with a report allowing it to monitor compliance with the provisions of Articles 2, 3, 4, and 6.
An outline of the report is set out in Annex I.
