# Council Directive 2009/119/EC of 14 September 2009 imposing an obligation on Member States to maintain minimum stocks of crude oil and/or petroleum products, Article 24: Repeal

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Directive 73/238/EEC, Directive 2006/67/EC and Decision 68/416/EEC are hereby repealed with effect from 31 December 2012.
References to the repealed Directives and to the repealed Decision shall be construed as references to this Directive.
