  "text": "Member States may make provision for assistance to persons who get into difficulties in circumstances other than those referred to in Article 2(2) subject to this Directive.\nWhere a Member State makes such provision, it shall treat such activity as if it were classified under class 18 in Part A of Annex I.\nThe second paragraph shall in no way affect the possibilities for classification laid down in Annex I for activities which obviously come under other classes.",
