  "text": "The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 301a further specifying the information which must be disclosed and the deadlines for the annual disclosure of the information in accordance with Section 3.\nIn order to ensure uniform conditions of application of this Section, EIOPA shall develop draft implementing technical standards on the procedures, formats and templates.\nEIOPA shall submit those draft implementing technical standards to the Commission by 30 June 2015 .\nPower is conferred on the Commission to adopt the implementing technical standards referred to in the second paragraph in accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010.",
