# Directive 2009/142/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 relating to appliances burning gaseous fuels (codified version) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3.2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The manufacturer shall apply a quality system that ensures conformity of the appliances with the type as described in the EC type-examination certificate and with the essential requirements of this Directive which apply to them. The manufacturer is subject to EC surveillance as specified in point 3.4.
