# Directive 2009/142/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 relating to appliances burning gaseous fuels (codified version) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3.4.3

The notified body must carry out a check at least once every two years to ensure that the manufacturer is maintaining and applying the approved quality system and must supply a report of the check to the manufacturer.
