  "text": "An expanded inspection concerns in particular the overall condition of the following risk areas:\nDocumentation.\nStructural condition.\nWeathertight condition.\nEmergency systems.\nRadio communication.\nCargo operations.\nFire safety.\nAlarms.\nLiving and working conditions.\nNavigation equipment.\nLife saving appliances.\nDangerous goods.\nPropulsion and auxiliary machinery.\nPollution prevention.\nIn addition, subject to their practical feasibility or any constraints relating to the safety of persons, the ship or the port, an expanded inspection shall include the verification of specific items of risk areas depending on the type of vessel inspected, as established in accordance with Article 14(3).",
