# Directive 2009/23/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on non-automatic weighing instruments (Codified version) (Text with EEA relevance) (repealed), Division 2.3.3: The notified body shall examine and evaluate the quality system to determine whether it satisfies the requirements referred to in point 2.3.2. It shall presume conformity with these requirements in respect of quality systems that implement the corresponding harmonised standard.
