Greenhouse gas emission saving from biofuels and bioliquids shall be calculated as:

SAVING = (EF – EB )/EF ,

where

EB

  • total emissions from the biofuel or bioliquid; and

    • EF

  • total emissions from the fossil fuel comparator.
