United Kingdom

Member States may exempt from the requirements laid down in this Directive vehicles referred to in point (d) of Article 2(2) and in points (a) and (b) of Article 2(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council ^f1 and in points 5.2. to 5.5. and point 5.7. of Part A of Annex I to that Regulation.
