# Directive 2009/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 relating to common provisions for both measuring instruments and methods of metrological control (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2.4

The metrological service may require the applicant to put at its disposal the standards and the appropriate means in terms of material and assisting personnel for the performance of the approval tests.
