  "text": "When an instrument has successfully undergone EC initial verification, in accordance with the requirements of this Directive and of the separate Directives, the EC partial or final verification marks described in Annex II, point 3 shall be affixed to that instrument under the responsibility of the Member State concerned in accordance with the rules laid down in that point.",
