# Commission Directive 2010/20/EU of 9 March 2010 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to remove tolylfluanid as active substance and on the withdrawal of authorisations for plant protection products containing that substance (Text with EEA relevance), Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall ensure that:
(a) authorisations for plant protection products containing tolylfluanid are withdrawn by 30 November 2010 at the latest;
(b) no authorisations for plant protection products containing tolylfluanid are granted or renewed from 1 December 2010.
