  "text": "Gas turbines (including CCGT) using light and middle distillates as liquid fuels shall be subject to an emission limit value for NOx of 50 mg/Nm3 and for CO of 100 mg/Nm3\nGas turbines for emergency use that operate less than 500 operating hours per year are not covered by the emission limit values set out in this point. The operator of such plants shall record the used operating hours.",
