# Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In the case of periodic measurements the emission limit values shall be considered to be complied with if, in one monitoring exercise:
(a) the average of all the measurement values does not exceed the emission limit values,
(b) none of the hourly averages exceeds the emission limit value by more than a factor of 1,5.
