  "text": "The following entry shall be added at the end of the table in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC:\nFurther details on identity and specification of active substance are provided in the review report.\nNo\nCommon name, identification numbers\nIUPAC name\nPurity\nEntry into force\nExpiration of inclusion\nSpecific provisions\n‘351\nAluminium sulphate\nCAS No: 10043-01-3\nCIPAC not available\nAluminium sulphate\n970 g/kg\n1 June 2011\n31 May 2021\nPART A\nOnly indoor uses as post-harvest bactericide for ornamental plants may be authorised.\nPART B\nFor the implementation of the uniform principles of Annex VI, the conclusions of the review report on aluminium sulphate, and in particular Appendices I and II thereof, as finalised in the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 11 March 2011 shall be taken into account.\nThe Member States concerned shall request the submission of confirmatory information as regards the specification of the technical material, as commercially manufactured, in the form of appropriate analytical data.\nThe Member States concerned shall ensure that the applicant submits such information to the Commission by 1 December 2011.’",
