  "text": "The following entry shall be added at the end of the table in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC:\nFurther details on identity and specification of active substance are provided in the review report.\nNo\nCommon Name, Identification Numbers\nIUPAC Name\nPurity\nEntry into force\nExpiration of inclusion\nSpecific provisions\n‘318\nHymexazol\nCAS No:\n10004-44-1\nCIPAC No: 528\n5-methylisoxazol-3-ol (or 5-methyl-1,2-oxazol-3-ol)\n≥ 985 g/kg\n1 June 2011\n31 May 2021\nPART A\nOnly uses as fungicide for seed pelleting of sugar beets in professional seed treatment facilities may be authorised.\nPART B\nFor the implementation of the uniform principles of Annex VI, the conclusions of the review report on hymexazol, and in particular Appendices I and II thereof, as finalised in the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 23 November 2010 shall be taken into account.\nIn this overall assessment Member States shall pay particular attention to:\nthe operators and workers safety. Conditions of authorisation shall include protective measures, where appropriate,\nthe risk to granivorous birds and mammals.\nConditions of use shall include risk mitigation measures, where appropriate.\nThe Member States concerned shall request the submission of confirmatory information as regards the nature of residues in root crops and the risk for granivorous birds and mammals.\nThe Member States concerned shall ensure that the applicant submits such confirmatory information to the Commission by 31 May 2013.’",
