  "text": "The following entry shall be added at the end of the table in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC:\nFurther details on identity and specification of active substance are provided in the review report.\nNo\nCommon Name, Identification Numbers\nIUPAC Name\nPurity\nEntry into force\nExpiration of inclusion\nSpecific provisions\n‘356\nCarbetamide\nCAS No: 16118-49-3\nCIPAC No: 95\n(R)-1-(Ethylcarbamoyl)ethyl carbanilate\n≥ 950 g/kg\n1 June 2011\n31 May 2021\nPART A\nOnly uses as herbicide may be authorised.\nPART B\nFor the implementation of the uniform principles of Annex VI the conclusions of the review report on carbetamide, and in particular Appendices I and II thereof, as finalised in the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 11 March 2011, shall be taken into account.\nIn this overall assessment Member States shall pay particular attention to:\n(a) the protection of groundwater, when the active substance is applied in regions with vulnerable soil and/or climatic conditions;\n(b) the risk to non-target plants;\n(c) the risk to aquatic organisms.\nConditions of use shall include risk mitigation measures, where appropriate.’",
