  "text": "Member States shall ensure that economic operators, on request, identify the following to the market surveillance authorities, for 10 years following the placing on the market of the EEE:\n(a) any economic operator who has supplied them with an EEE;\n(b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied an EEE.",
