  "text": "In Part 1 of Annex III to Directive 76/768/EEC, reference number 12 is replaced by the following:\nOJ L 255, 30.9.2005, p. 22.’\nReference number\nSubstance\nRestrictions\nConditions of use and warnings which must be printed on the label\nField of application and/or use\nMaximum authorised concentration in the finished cosmetic product\nOther limitations and requirements\n‘12\nHydrogen peroxide and other compounds or mixtures that release hydrogen peroxide, including carbamide peroxide and zinc peroxide\n(a)\nHair care mixtures\n(a)\n12 % of H2O2 (40 volumes), present or released\n(a) Wear suitable gloves\n(a) (b) (c) (e) Contains hydrogen peroxide\nAvoid contact with eyes\nRinse immediately if product comes into contact with them.\n(b)\nSkin care mixtures\n(b)\n4 % of H2O2, present or released\n(c)\nNail hardening mixtures\n(c)\n2 % of H2O2, present or released\n(d)\nOral products, including mouth rinse, tooth paste and tooth whitening or bleaching products\n(d)\n≤ 0,1 % of H2O2, present or released\n(e)\nTooth whitening or bleaching products\n(e)\n> 0,1 % ≤ 6 % of H2O2, present or released\n(e)\nTo be only sold to dental practitioners. For each cycle of use, first use by dental practitioners as defined under Directive 2005/36/EC or under their direct supervision if an equivalent level of safety is ensured. Afterwards to be provided to the consumer to complete the cycle of use.\nNot to be used on a person under 18 years of age.\n(e) Concentration of H2O2 present or released indicated in percentage.\nNot to be used on a person under 18 years of age.\nTo be only sold to dental practitioners.
