  "text": "Framework Decision 2001/220/JHA is hereby replaced in relation to Member States participating in the adoption of this Directive, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time limits for transposition into national law.\nIn relation to Member States participating in the adoption of this Directive, references to that Framework Decision shall be construed as references to this Directive.",
