# Directive 2012/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 November 2012 establishing a single European railway area (recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Division (3)

The deadline for receipt of requests for capacity to be incorporated into the working timetable shall be no more than 12 months in advance of the change of the working timetable. Requests received after the deadline shall also be considered by the infrastructure manager.
