    in section 1 of point 1, the following is inserted in the list after the entry for Ireland:

    ‘25 for Croatia;’;

  2. (b)

    in point 1.1 of the Appendix, the following is inserted in the list after the entry for Ireland:

    ‘25 For Croatia’.
