# Council Directive 2013/22/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain directives in the field of transport policy, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia, Division 2: Directive 1999/37/EC is amended as follows:

(a) Annex I is amended as follows:
(i) in the second indent of point II.4, the following is inserted in the list after the entry for France:
HR ‘Croatia’;
(ii) in point III.1.A(b), the following is inserted in the list after the entry for France:
HR ‘Croatia’;
(b) Annex II is amended as follows:
(i) in the second indent of point II.4, the following is inserted in the list after the entry for France:
HR ‘Croatia’;
(ii) in point III.1.A(b), the following is inserted in the list after the entry for France:
HR ‘Croatia’.
