  "text": "(a) in the first subparagraph of Article 73(5), the following point is inserted:\n(ea) ‘1 July 2013 for undertakings authorised in Croatia;’;\n(b) Annex III is amended as follows:\n(i) in Part A, the following point is inserted:\n(10a) ‘in the case of the Republic of Croatia: “dioničko društvo”, “društvo za uzajamno osiguranje”;’;\n(ii) in Part B, the following point is inserted:\n(10a) ‘in the case of the Republic of Croatia: “dioničko društvo”, “društvo za uzajamno osiguranje”;’;\n(iii) in Part C, the following point is inserted:\n(10a) ‘in the case of the Republic of Croatia: “dioničko društvo”;’.",
