# Commission Directive 2013/26/EU of 8 February 2013 adapting certain directives in the field of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary policy, by reason of the accession of Croatia, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Directive shall enter into force subject to, and as from the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Republic of Croatia.
