# Directive 2013/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles (recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 49: Entry into force and application

This Directive shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 1, Article 2, points 1 to 6, 8 to 11 and 14 of Article 3, Article 4(2), (3) and (4), Article 6, Article 7(1), (2) and (3), Article 8(1), Article 10(1), (3) and (4), Article 11(2), Articles 17, 30 and 36, Article 38(3), Articles 43 and 44 and Annexes IV and V shall apply from 1 July 2015.
