Division 3 The annual reports to be submitted by Member States pursuant to Article 25 shall contain as a minimum the following information:

  1. (a)

    the number, age and location of installations;

  2. (b)

    the number and type of inspections and investigations carried out, any enforcement actions or convictions;

  3. (c)

    incident data pursuant to the common reporting system required in Article 23;

  4. (d)

    any major change in the offshore regulatory framework;

  5. (e)

    the performance of offshore oil and gas operations in relation to prevention of major accidents and the limiting of consequences of major accidents that do occur.
