# Directive 2013/33/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 laying down standards for the reception of applicants for international protection (recast), Article 33: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Articles 13 and 29 shall apply from 21 July 2015.
