Article 17 Products subject to CE marking

The following products are subject to CE marking when they are made available on the market or put into service:
(a)
watercraft;
(b)
components;
(c)
propulsion engines.
2.
Member States shall presume that the products referred to in paragraph 1 bearing the CE marking comply with this Directive.
