  "text": "Member States shall ensure that the operational protection of exposed workers is based, in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Directive, on:\n(a) prior evaluation to identify the nature and magnitude of the radiological risk to exposed workers;\n(b) optimisation of radiation protection in all working conditions, including occupational exposures as a consequence of practices involving medical exposures;\n(c) classification of exposed workers into different categories;\n(d) control measures and monitoring relating to the different areas and working conditions, including, where necessary, individual monitoring;\n(e) medical surveillance;\n(f) education and training.",
