  "text": "The notices referred to in Articles 48, 49, 50, 75 and 79 shall be sent by the contracting authorities to the Publications Office of the European Union and published in accordance with the following rules:\nNotices referred to in Articles 48, 49, 50, 75 and 79 shall be published by the Publications Office of the European Union or by the contracting authorities in the event of a prior information notice published on a buyer profile in accordance with Article 48(1).\nIn addition, contracting authorities may publish this information on the Internet on a ‘buyer profile’ as referred to in point 2(b).\nThe Publications Office of the European Union shall give the contracting authority the confirmation referred to in Article 51(5), second subparagraph.",
