  "text": "By 10 April 2016, Member States shall provide the Commission, on the basis of the information at their disposal, with a list of the collective management organisations established in their territories.\nMember States shall notify any changes to that list to the Commission without undue delay.\nThe Commission shall publish that information and keep it up to date.",
