# Directive 2014/28/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses (recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 48: Implementing acts

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts setting out the technical arrangements for the application of Article 11, in particular the model document to be used.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 49(3).
