Instruments not intended to be used for the applications listed in points (a) to (f) of Article 1(2) shall bear visibly, legibly and indelibly:

  • the manufacturer’s name, registered trade name or registered trade mark;

  • maximum capacity, in the form Max ….

Those instruments shall not bear the conformity marking as set out in this Directive.
