# Directive 2014/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the conditions of entry and stay of third-country nationals for the purpose of employment as seasonal workers, Article 13: Applications for a seasonal worker permit

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Member States shall designate the authorities competent to receive and decide on applications for and to issue seasonal worker permits.
2. An application for a seasonal worker permit shall be submitted in a single application procedure.
