# Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2: Manufacturing

The manufacturer shall operate an approved quality system for production, final product inspection and testing of the pressure equipment concerned as specified in point 3 and shall be subject to surveillance as specified in point 4.
