  "text": "Information on those measures shall include the following elements:\ndirect incentives for the purchase of means of transport using alternative fuels or for building the infrastructure,\navailability of tax incentives to promote means of transport using alternative fuels and the relevant infrastructure,\nuse of public procurement in support of alternative fuels, including joint procurement,\ndemand-side non-financial incentives, for example preferential access to restricted areas, parking policy and dedicated lanes,\nconsideration of the need for renewable jet fuel refuelling points in airports within the TEN-T Core Network,\ntechnical and administrative procedures and legislation with regard to the authorisation of alternative fuels supply, in order to facilitate the authorisation process.",
