  "text": "A representative sample of roots shall be sampled and tested in the case of symptoms of Phytophthora fragariae C.J. Hickman on the foliage. Sampling and testing shall be carried out if the symptoms of Arabis mosaic virus, Raspberry ringspot virus, Strawberry crinkle virus, Strawberry latent ringspot virus, Strawberry mild yellow edge virus, Strawberry vein banding virus, and Tomato black ring virus are unclear upon visual inspection. Sampling and testing shall be carried out in the case of doubts concerning the presence of RNQPs, other than Arabis mosaic virus, Phytophthora fragariae C.J. Hickman, Raspberry ringspot virus, Strawberry crinkle virus, Strawberry latent ringspot virus, Strawberry mild yellow edge virus, Strawberry vein banding virus, and Tomato black ring virus, listed in Annexes I and II.",
