  "text": "In addition to the health and soil requirements of Articles 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 21, 22 and 26, propagating material and fruit plants shall be produced in accordance with the requirements for the production site, place of production, or area as laid down in Annex IV, in order to limit the presence of the RNQPs listed in that Annex for the genus or species concerned.",
