  "text": "During the production of propagating material and fruit plants, Member States shall ensure that suppliers have in place, as appropriate for the relevant genera or species, a plan to identify and monitor critical points in the production process. That plan shall at least concern the following elements:\n(a) location and number of plants;\n(b) timing of their cultivation;\n(c) propagation operations;\n(d) packaging, storage and transportation operations.",
