# Commission Implementing Directive 2014/98/EU of 15 October 2014 implementing Council Directive 2008/90/EC as regards specific requirements for the genus and species of fruit plants referred to in Annex I thereto, specific requirements to be met by suppliers and detailed rules concerning official inspections, Article 28: Plan to identify and monitor critical points in the production process

During the production of propagating material and fruit plants, Member States shall ensure that suppliers have in place, as appropriate for the relevant genera or species, a plan to identify and monitor critical points in the production process. That plan shall at least concern the following elements:
(a) location and number of plants;
(b) timing of their cultivation;
(c) propagation operations;
(d) packaging, storage and transportation operations.
